About Jenny Wong and Sylvia Santiago

Jenny Wong and Sylvia Santiago became friends when they attended a 12-hour writing marathon in 2014.  For the record, neither of them made it to the end. This is their fourth collaboration, and this time they decided to try something different.  Their creation process was an exploration of how inspiration and collaboration can be separate but connecting experiences.  The poems that emerged were a mix of ekphrastic and erasure styles after two pieces of artwork.  Find them on Twitter @jenwithwords and @sylviasays2
